Welcome to Leela yoga lifestyle

Leela (Lee- Luh) is the Sanskrit word used to describe the joyful dance of life- divine play.

We believe yoga is a practice of coming alive. Building strength in the body, Creating peace in the mind, Deepening connection from within.

We offer energizing flows & grounding restorative classes. Something for every body and every season of life.

More than a studio, Leela is a space for people to move, breathe, and transform.

The women behind the magic

Leela is a woman-owned studio, held together by two women deeply devoted to creating spaces that feel real, welcoming, and rooted in connection.

Allie Zuber, one of Leela’s founding owners, is truly one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She has poured her heart, soul, and energy into this studio from the very beginning. A 500-hour certified teacher and lead instructor in Leela’s 200-hour training, her presence brings a steady sense of calm, care, and depth to the space.

Brittnee Castille has been a passionate part of Leela since its early days. Also a 500-hour teacher and lead instructor in the 200-hour training, she brings a grounded, heart-led energy to everything she creates. Known for her ability to bring people together, Brittnee is devoted to building community through classes, events, retreats, and shared experiences that foster real connection.

Together, they’ve shaped Leela into more than a yoga studio—it’s a space where people come to connect, grow, and be fully themselves.

Rooted in Service

One of the foundations of Leela is a commitment to serve—using yoga as a way to give back to the community that supports us.

We offer monthly free classes at the studio, weekly community classes throughout Baton Rouge, and scholarship opportunities for students, nurses, and teachers.

This practice has the power to support, restore, and transform—and we believe it should be accessible to those who need it most.

Because yoga isn’t just something we do on the mat—it’s something we live, and something we offer to others.

More than movement.

At Leela, we blend ancient wisdom with modern movement. Expect strength in the body, peace in the mind, and transformation that reaches beyond the mat.

Our teachers guide growth in every season of life. Step in, breathe deeply, and rise into your next chapter.
