200-HOUR TEACHER TRAINING

Leela's 200-Hour Teacher Training is an invitation to deepen your practice, expand your understanding of yoga, and discover what it means to teach from a place that is truly your own.

Whether you dream of leading classes or simply feel called to explore yoga more deeply, this six-month journey will meet you where you are. Guided by an experienced team of teachers and supported by a welcoming community, you'll gain the confidence, knowledge, and presence to carry your practice far beyond the mat.

Rooted in the spirit of Leela, or Divine Play, this experience is about more than earning a certification. It's about becoming more fully yourself.

Our 200-Hour Teacher Training takes place over 8 immersive weekends, giving you the opportunity to fully integrate what you learn while continuing to live your everyday life.

Weekend Schedule:

Friday: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

One of the greatest strengths of our Teacher Training is the faculty you'll learn from.

Rather than hearing one perspective for six months, you'll be guided by a team of experienced teachers, each bringing their own expertise, years of study, and unique relationship with the practice. Together, they offer a well-rounded education that honors yoga's traditions while making them accessible and deeply relevant to modern life.

  • Allie Zuber

    Lead Trainer | Program Director & Restorative Yoga

    As Leela's founder and Program Director, Allie brings years of experience cultivating community and creating meaningful learning experiences. She guides students through Restorative Yoga while helping weave together every part of the training into a supportive, transformative journey.

  • Brittnee Castille

    Lead Trainer | Asana, Sequencing & The Art of Teaching

    Brittnee is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher whose teaching is rooted in Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Known for her intuitive sequencing, thoughtful hands-on assists, and ability to create deeply embodied experiences, she helps students learn not just what to teach, but how to guide others with confidence, presence, and authenticity.

  • Caroline Charbonnet

    Yin Yoga & Ayurveda

    Caroline is a 500 hour yoga teacher who offers a holistic perspective on yoga through the integrations of Yin and Ayurveda. She helps students understand how practice can be adapted to support the whole person and the changing seasons of life.

  • Natalie Lenard

    Yoga Anatomy

    Natalie has been teaching yoga since 2013 and is a 500-hour certified teacher who completed her advanced training at Leela. Outside the studio, she serves as Chair of Biology at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, bringing an exceptional depth of anatomical knowledge to the training. Her ability to bridge science with embodied practice helps students understand not only how the body moves, but how to teach safely, intelligently, and with confidence.

  • Six months of Teacher Training

  • Unlimited Leela Membership (begins as soon as your deposit is received)

  • All classroom instruction and training materials

Payment Plan

$3,500 Total

  • $500 non-refundable deposit due by January 21, 2027

  • Remaining balance paid over the course of the training

  • Customized monthly payment plans are available

Please note: Your full balance must be paid by June 2027 in order to receive your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
